Simple Process
Three steps from "we should train together" to a real event with real people.
Pick a workout type, set the date, time, duration, and location, and cap the number of participants. Running group, yoga in the park, strength session — your call.
Keep it private and invite your workout partners directly, or make it public so anyone nearby can discover it and claim one of the open spots.
Participants claim spots until the event is full. Everyone sees the same time and place — then it’s just about showing up.

Yes. Create an event in the app with a workout type, date and time, duration, location, and maximum participants. You can keep it private and invite your workout partners, or make it public so anyone nearby can claim a spot.
There is no charge in the FitAstra app for hosting or joining events. Events are community meetups organised by users and hosts themselves.
Whatever hosts create — running groups, strength sessions, yoga, Zumba, cycling, or any other workout type. Every event is tagged with its workout type so you can pick what fits you.
The host sets a maximum number of participants when creating the event. The event page shows spots remaining in real time, and once it is full no more participants can join.
